This Committee is required under the 1991 Park Development Agreement to represent interests of Rancho Murieta Landowners (Developers), the Rancho Murieta Community Services District (CSD), and the Rancho Murieta Association (RMA).  This Committee consists of two (2) representatives appointed by the RMA Board, one (1) by CSD, one (1) by Rancho Murieta Properties, Inc. (RMPI) or an assignee expressly designated by RMPI, and one (1) representative appointed by a landowner other than RMPI, or their successors in interest for a total of five (5) Committee members.

This Committee is not exclusively under the control and direction of the RMA Board.  RMA appointees shall represent the established interests of RMA and are assigned to the Park Committee for the purpose of implementing the Park Development Agreement only.  Any proposed amendments or modifications to Park Agreement Exhibits C or D and the details therein shall be presented to the Board for consideration and approval prior to action being taken by RMA appointees of this Committee.  No approval of financial commitments of any kind shall be made by the RMA representatives without prior written approval of the RMA Board.  The representatives will report at each Board meeting upon the progress of current developments and specific recommendations on proposals under consideration.  Similarly, other committee or staff recommendations for this Committee will be presented to the Board first for analysis to ensure that nothing is acted upon by this Committee without consideration to potential impact on available or projected funds, capital, and operating goals of RMA under the Park Development Agreement.
