This committee is required under Article VII, Section 4 of the Bylaws to select qualified candidates for positions on the Board of Directors as more particularly prescribed in the Bylaws.  The committee is responsible to the Board President who shall make appointments of the chair, who shall be a member of the Board, and two or more members of the Assiciation who may or may not be Board members.  The committee members shall be appointed at least ninety (90) days prior to the date of the election of Directors.

The committee appointments will be made and the members will meet with sufficient frequency at the call of the chair to complete its obligations in advance of an election as set forth in the Bylaws.
