Maintenance Committee Meetings are held every 1st Monday at 7:00 a.m.

CHARTER

This Committee is a committee of the Board, established under Article X of the RMA Bylaws to make recommendations to the Board of policies, procedures, rules and budgets for the maintenance and improvement of the community facilities including the lakes, streets, open spaces, and parks not expressly under the jurisdiction of the Parks Development Agreement. Expenditure recommendations made by the Maintenance Committee are to be consistent with existing limitations outlined in the current Governing Documents.  This Committee is responsible to the Board, and may support the Parks Committee as well, under appropriate circumstances.

This Committee shall have at least seven (7) members, one (1) of whom shall be a member of the Board.  Committee meetings will be held on a recurring date and time.
