CHARTER

This Committee is a committee of the Board which will, at the specific direction of the Board of Directorss, review the governing documents including, but not necessarily limited to, CC&Rs, Bylaws, Architectural and Non-Architectural Rules as well as Resolutions and Policies of the Board.  This Committee may make recommendations to the Board of Directors as required to keep those documents complete and consistent with each other.  This Committee shall also review, as directed by the Board, recommendations from standing committees, ad hoc committees, any other committee of the Board and/or any other RMA committee.

This Committee shall have at least three (3) members at least one (1) of whom shall be a member of the Board.  Meetings will be held on a recurring date and time.
