Finance Committee Meetings are held the Thursday immediately prior to the Board Meeting at 5:00 p.m. in the RMA Building.

CHARTER
This Committee is a standing committee established under Article XII of the RMA Bylaws to make financial policy, operating and reserve budget, investment, and audit recommendations to the Board; to comment on the recurring financial operations of the Association; and to advise on particular financial matters delegated to it by the Board.
The primary staff support is the Financial Manager.
This Committee shall have five (5) members, at least one (1) of whom shall be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Treasurer of the Board, who shall chair the meetings which will be held upon the call of the chair with sufficient frequency to execute its responsibility in a timely manner to satisfy the Governing Documents and State law.
